Justin Trudeau’s 15th wedding anniversary

The couple’s official anniversary date is Saturday (May 28), and in their honour we thought it’d be fun to throwback to when Justin and Sophie tied the knot in 2005. Because, we could use some more Trudeau in our life. And we’re pretty certain you could, too. Upon taking office, Trudeau formed a cabinet notable for its gender parity, a historic first in Canadian history. Canada’s first lady, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, born on April 24, 1975, in Montreal, Quebec is widely popular and admired in Canada.

She’s living the fairy-tale life with one of the “sexiest” men in politics on her arm, a stable career, and three delightful children. She is without a doubt an object of envy to other women. Looking back, Sophie was just a simple and cheerful girl before she plunged into life in the limelight. However, Trudeau’s tenure has also faced challenges and controversies. Critics have questioned aspects of his government’s handling of economic policies, ethics investigations, and specific foreign policy decisions. Despite these hurdles, Trudeau remains a central figure in Canadian and global politics, recognized for his efforts to balance progressive ideals with pragmatic governance.
