Azadi Stadium (former Aryamehr Stadium) is the national stadium . This stadium was built to host the Asian Games of 1974 held in Tehran. This stadium is in fact part of the Freedom Sports Complex, which houses the Iranian national team home games as well as the two great Esteghlal and Persepolis capitals.
