Keyvan Khosravani Designer and architect

While in exile in Paris he completed as unpaid architect the project “Persian Shabestan in the Grand Mosque of Paris,” (a historical monument of 1924) for the Islamic Republic and a proposed project for elementary schools in the warm and dry climate. He was involved in grass roots efforts to preserve historical districts of Tehran, including Oudlajan, with his street exhibition of his architectural sketches in summer 1977.
