In 1993, he established a security company named Al–Saher for Security. In addition, he established the Jordan Vision Company for Telecommunication. He is the President of both companies. Prince Asem was married to Firouzeh Vokhshouri,(divorced in 1985). Although the divorce wasn‘t confirmed by the Royal Jordanian Court until, an announcement was made in March 2010. Thereafter Princess Noor reverted to the use of her maiden name HRH Princess Noor bint Asem.
