Filipino-American transgender woman Kataluna Enriquez will be the first openly transgender woman to compete for the title of Miss USA after being crowned Miss Nevada USA on Monday (July 28, Philippine time). The 27-year-old stunned in a rainbow-inspired gown that she designed herself. The beauty queen and designer said she wore the gown “in honor of pride month, and all of those who don’t get a chance to spread their colors.”
