Avocados are high in fiber and Vitamin C [gard] [custom_adv] Keeping garlic in the fridge with cause it to spoil faster. When kept in the fridge the outside skin might look normal but it's when you cut in to it, you will see it's spoilage. [gard] [custom_adv] Bread when kept in the fridge looses it's moisture. So it's best to either be kept in room temperature, or you may freeze it fresh and defrost it when you need to use it with your meals. [gard] [custom_adv] Coffee seeds should not be store in the fridge. Instead they need to be stored in a dry and cool place. But if you need to store the coffee for long periods of time, put it in a freezer back, take the air out and have it frozen. [gard] [custom_adv] Tomato's loose their taste when stored in the fridge. The cold also hampers their natural ripening. Best is to keep your tomato's in a wooden basket in your kitchen.
