Fereshteh Pasargad Hotel To Start Construction

Fereshteh Pasargad Hotel is an amazing mixed-use complex under construction in Elahiyeh region, Tehran, Iran.

This unique project is designed based on observance of all national and international standards by the famous contemporary architect, Zaha Hadid. Pasargad Hotel in a land with 4575 sqm area includes over 110000 sqm total area with a height of 130 meters and in 54 floors consists of, parking spaces in 9 floors, commercial and office spaces with conference halls and crafts stores in 7 floors, 3 floors for mechanical and electrical uses, amusement centers and restaurants in 4 floors, 1 floor for an elegant lobby and 30 floors hotel room. The construction of the project has started in 2011 and is estimated to be finished in 2017.
