Fahimeh Akbar, singer, writer from Gilan, who prepared the book of Gilan cuisine. She sang in several languages and started teaching music in the Soviet Union and was a student of Morteza Khan Mahjoubi for some time. Fahimeh Akbar was a member of many associations and charitable organizations and women’s associations and was in charge of the artistic commission of Jamiat Rah-e Noo. Fahimeh Akbar came to Gilan in 1317 Shamsi after her marriage to Mohsen Khan Akbar and during twenty years she tried to research the local sounds and customs of Gilan Zamin.
