Parviz Natel Khanlari was born in March 1292. His grandfather, Mirza Ahmad Mazandarani, had a civil service in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was nicknamed “Khanlar Khan” and “Itsam al-Molk”. After studying in Saint Louis schools, American schools, and Tharwat schools, he went to Dar al-Funun and studied literature at the suggestion of Professor Badiul Zaman Farozanfar. He received his bachelor’s degree in Persian language and literature from the Faculty of Literature of Tehran University in 1314 and was employed as a high school teacher. Natel Khanlari used to publish her poems and writings in Mehr magazine and published the first issue of Sokhon literary magazine in Khordad.
