As winds continue to decrease across Southern California, the National Weather Service has expired all the “particularly dangerous situation” red flag warnings for the region. Winds over the fires in the Santa Monica and San Gabriel Mountains, which were gusting from 60 to 80 mph earlier Wednesday, have improved to gusts of 15 to 35 mph as of Wednesday evening. Winds should continue to lighten into the overnight hours with gusts expected to reach up to 30 mph. All high wind warnings are expected to expire by 10 p.m. PST Wednesday (1 a.m. Thursday ET).
