The ceremony, was chaired by Mehrdad Parsa, Pars TV presenter, along with broadcasted messages from Shahab and Farah Pahlavi, the speakers talked about the Pahlavi leaders and their services towards building Iran, speakers included Homa Mirafsha, Siavash Azari (journalist) and Arezoo Rashidian (From the Iranian Constitutional Party). Mardavan, Shafideh and Bahram Forouhar also sang songs.
