Some believe that after the 1979 Revolution, she emigrated to Turkey, where she passed away in 1991. Another widely shared version claims that her life was tragically cut short when a missile struck her home during the Iraq War. However, according to Suzan, a close friend and fellow singer, Roohparvar remained in Tehran, battling lung complications in her final years.
