Before dating Kevin, Calvin was linked to a former porn star named Nick Gruber – who like Kevin, was almost 50 years younger than him – and often made headlines for his wild partying and drug use. It’s been reported that things ultimately ended for the pair after Nick was arrested for cocaine possession and sent to rehab.
