A small Iraq in the south

 

During all these years, they came together in Dolatabad and gradually started their own business and turned this place into their own neighborhood. The Arabic-speaking people of other countries who have come to  various reasons have often settled in the same neighborhood, alongside their native speakers. The Middle East, which is sometimes called the Near East, often conjures up images of deserts, robed figures riding camels, and religious fanatics. However, the Middle East is so much more than what we see in film or in the news.

The Middle East is a rich, spicy, cultural stew of peoples of all different kinds of backgrounds. Let us take a closer look at this region of the world. The Middle East consists of the modern countries of Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Turkey but other countries, including some from North Africa and the Gulf States are often included as well. Some sources list at the very least twenty countries as part of the Middle East, including Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
