George Miller’s Three Thousand Years of Longing, starring Idris Elba and Tilda Swinton in leading roles, had a debut at Cannes 2022 on Friday, May 20. The film is a follow-up to Mad Max: Fury Road. However, the red carpet event was disrupted when a woman barged in, stripped on the red carpet and started screaming until she had to be escorted off. Idris Elba and Tilda Swinton, along with Idris’s wife Sabrina Dhowre Elba and director George Miller walked the red carpet for the Cannes premiere of their film, Three Thousand Years of Longing.
