Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar is the son of Mohammad Shah Qajar and the fourth king of the Qajar dynasty. He was born on July 16, 2012 in the village of Kahnamir, about 25 km from Tabriz. After the death of his father, Mohammad Shah ascended the throne in his place on September 17, 1227 and ruled for nearly 50 years.
