New data released this week shows that the first Covid-19 vaccination dose provides 67 per cent protection against infection. Researchers on the King’s College London’s Zoe study, which uses data from a national symptom-tracking app, estimated that Covid-19 cases have dropped by 80 per cent since the start of January.
