The mutilated body of film director Babak Khorramdin was discovered on the morning of Sunday, May 16 in a garbage bin in Ekbatan, a planned neighborhood in the west of Tehran. Rokna News Agency reports that the filmmaker’s parents have confessed to killing their son and dumping his body in Phase 3 of the town. Both are now in police custody.
