According to the Saudi Arabian government, the celebration is an opportunity to learn the heritage, customs, and traditions of the House of Saud. Families flocked to Turki Al-Alwal Road in Riyadh on Sunday for Saudi National Day celebrations. They were treated to an aerobatics display by the Saudi Hawks, traditional music and a whole lot more ahead of the main day of celebration on Monday.
