In 1335, he went to the Department of Fine Arts and learned music and instrumentation from his professors. He had a bachelor’s degree from the University of Agriculture. In 1350, he was appointed director of one of the orchestras of the Ministry of Culture and Art of the Pahlavi government. Emad Ram learned solfege and music dictation from masters such as Hassan Ramard, KhaMithaq,thaq and Noor Ali Broumand. The characteristic of his playing on the flute (this foreign instrument) was that he could perform the four parts of Iranian music well. Emad married a woman named Flor Saddudi on the 7th of Mehr 1343 and had three children named Goya, Ange, and Melodi.
