Lean or “Purple Drink” is a fake and sweet substance that has its base composition of an anticoagulant syrup. Lin became popular among hip-hop musicians and football players. This drug is a combination of cough syrup, lemonade and topaz. Even a hip-hop singer, Lil Wayne, has composed a song about the sweetness and attractiveness of the drug. Some examples of this drug contain codeine, an opioid substance that belongs to the family of heroin.
