Omar Sharif
He (born Michel Dimitri Chalhoub 10 April 1932 – 10 July 2015) was an Egyptian actor. Though he was of Lebanese rather than Egyptian ancestry, he identified strongly with his country of birth and is seen as an icon of Egyptian film and culture.
