Executive Chef, Bjorn De La Cruz, took the popular Ube doughnut to the next luxurious level by adding 24 carat gold. The Golden Cristal, which yes, includes Cristal champagne icing, has ube mousse and Cristal jelly on the inside. Then the donut is “hand gilded in 24K Gold Dust and 24K Gold Leaf.”
