Jahanbani Family

Mansur Mirza Jahanbani was part of a lineage known for their significant roles in military and political spheres during the late Qajar and early Pahlavi periods. Mansur Mirza Jahanbani was born in Tabriz, in 1901, into the prominent Jahanbani family, which had strong ties to both the Qajar dynasty and later the Pahlavi monarchy.  The Jahanbani family was well-known for its service in the army and government. He received training that emphasized both Persian heritage and modern European ideas.

He studied in Paris, France, which exposed him to Western administrative systems and modern governance. Oversaw the security and operation of  railway system, which was a vital infrastructure for trade, transportation, and national connectivity. Advocated for local development, law enforcement, and modernization projects, linking his aristocratic heritage with public service.
