Kate Winslet is set to star alongside her real-life daughter Mia Threapleton in new drama I Am Ruth, which will air on Channel 4 later this year. The Academy Award winner, 47, is seen for the first time starring alongside her mini me daughter, 22, who she shares with ex film director husband Jim Threapleton. Kate revealed the ‘actors became their roles’ and she ‘learnt’ a lot from this drama, which was created by BAFTA winning filmmaker Dominic Savage.
