Madonna has jetted off to Italy with her family to celebrate two special birthdays. The musician turned 64 today (August 16) and travelled to Sicily earlier this week to celebrate her own birthday, as well as her son Rocco who turned 22 earlier in the month. The family are currently staying in the luxurious Palazzo Castelluccio, an 18th Century Sicilian palace. The Queen of Pop has reportedly spent thousands on the celebrations and flying her family to Italy.
