Michael died on June 25, 2009 at the age of 50, and Neverland was recently re-listed at this new ‘bargain’ price after originally being put on the market for $100 million in 2015. The late star resided at the property, set within 2,700 acres of land, for 15 years. It’s official name is Sycamore Valley Ranch, but he renamed it Neverland after the homeland of character Peter Pan, who he loved.
