The IT guy is responsible for publishing the blogs, but he’s not an editor. The designer is in charge of adding content to other areas of the site, but he usually pushes back in an effort to maintain the integrity of the design. Meanwhile, nobody’s tracking the number of visitors to the site or making sure the software is getting updated, and nobody’s making backups.
