Launching Noor ophthalmology clinic was the first stage of Noor complex activities and was developed in 2013 by utilizing new buildings and advanced facilities and still is offering its services.The establishment of Noor Eye Hospital in Esfandiar Blvd. in 2007 was the continuation of the project that began in 1993 and was expanded in 2000 by the development of Excimer Clinic, in Babak Bahrami St. Noor Eye Hospital is the first private super specialty ophthalmology hospital.
