In late April, Kourtney and Travis appeared to have a wedding shower, per fans, based on flowery photos to Instagram. Travis shares two children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler – Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16. Kourtney shares three kids, Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7, with ex of 10 years Scott Disick, 38. Although the pair does not currently have any biological children together, their blended family is a large one – and they have shown their IVF pregnancy efforts on Hulu’s The Kardashians.
