She studied medicine at Munster’s Westfalia Wilhems University for three years and began modeling in 2000. Born in Hamm, Germany. Her mother is a German and her father is a Turkish. She stated in an interview that her paternal family came from lineage of Mahmud II, Sultan of the Ottoman Empire.
