The orchestra was founded by Gholam Hossein Min Bashian in 1312 by the name of Baldieh Orchestra. The activities of the Symphony Orchestra during the period from 2011 to 2014 were interrupted until it was re-launched in March of 2014 under the leadership of Ali.
