A 102-year-old grandfather has been hacked to death with a machete in the garage of his L.A. home, allegedly by a 47-year-old man in what appears to be a random attack.  Youssef Mahboubian was found dead in his garage in Encino, L.A. on Thursday. The 102-year-old, who immigrated to the US more than 30 years ago, had been brutally hacked to death with a machete.  Police have arrested 47-year-old Adam Dimmerman on suspicion of the murder. He has also been charged in a separate attack nearby, in which the victim was assaulted but not killed.
