Provincial in northern Iran and on the southern shores of the Mazandaran Sea, which is centered on Sari. This province is bordered by the provinces of Golestan, Semnan, Tehran, Alborz, Qazvin and Guilan. Mount Damavand is the highest peak of Iran in Mazandaran and in Amol city.
