Pasargad Hotel in a land with 4575 sqm area includes over 110000 sqm total area with a height of 130 meters and in 54 floors consists of, parking spaces in 9 floors, commercial and office spaces with conference halls and crafts stores in 7 floors, 3 floors for mechanical and electrical uses, amusement centers and restaurants in 4 floors, 1 floor for an elegant lobby and 30 floors hotel room. The construction of the project has started in 2011 and is estimated to be finished in 2017.
