The news release announcing the entry into countries tourism market with a 5 Star hotel, has created a lot of buzz and excitement. The property will be build in the largest mixed use project in the country, it’s location is in Salman Shahr. The complex will include the hotel, offices, condos, restaurants and shops.
Since lifting of sanctions much of the restrictions on foreign investment that have been in to effect since 2006 are getting lifted. The country expects to attract over 20 million travelers a year by 2025, that is in comparison to the expected five million in 2016.
