While it’s unclear how Jong Un got his hands on the Phantom, it’s not surprising that he has one. Large black luxury cars have long been the vehicle of choice for brutal dictators and the Phantom is just about the most imposing one you could have. We’d say Kim’s phantom pales in comparison to Trump’s purpose-built armored Cadillac limo, or Putin’s own Russian-made Aurus Senat limo.
