Fars News – The Iranian men’s national volleyball team trounced Italy 3-1 in their opening match of the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship on Sunday.
The Iranian men’s national volleyball team overpowered Italy 3-1 (25-16, 23-25, 25-21 and 25-22) in Krakow, Poland, this afternoon. The 2014 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship matches are underway in Poland from August 30 to September 21, 2014. The National Iranian volleyball team ranked fourth in the FIVB 2014 World League, gaining the best title among the Asian teams which have participated in the 25-year history of the league.
