A documentary about Goli Emami, one of the most cultured woman translator and writer who got fired from the university after the revolution. With her husband, Karim Emami, she founded a bookstore which became an important place for exchanging ideas during the war in Tehran. These now seventy-somethings made up a new class of professional women entering the job market in the decade leading up to the Revolution.
