His acting debut in TV came around 2011, but his breakthrough role was in the TV series Pejman (2012-13), in which he played a fictionalised version of himself. Growing up in a sports-loving family, he showed an early passion for football. His athletic abilities were apparent in youth leagues, which eventually led him into professional football.

Jamshidi began his professional career with Pas Tehran F.C., one of most established clubs. His strong technical skills, work ethic, and versatility allowed him to play in multiple positions, particularly midfield and right wing. Jamshidi represented Team Melli (national football team) between 2000 – 2003, during which he participated in international friendlies and Asian competitions.
