Melania Trump rang in the new year alongside husband Donald at a glitzy Mar-a-Lago party Wednesday night, dressed in a silver sequined gown ($1,450) by The New Arrivals. Along with the shimmering metallic maxi, which she cinched at the waist with a matching belt, the first lady selected a pair of glittering Christian Louboutin heels. She wore her highlighted hair parted in the center and arranged in soft, flowing waves for the NYE soirée, where a tuxedoed President Trump — asked by reporters about his 2026 resolution — called for “peace on earth.”
Others in attendance at the Trumps’ party included Brett Ratner — the director behind “Melania,” the upcoming Amazon MGM Studios documentary about the first lady. US Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also scored invites. And Trump’s children Donald Jr., Barron and Eric joined as well, with the latter’s wife, Lara, dressed in a rose gold sequined gown that coordinated with Melania’s.
