Hayedeh grew up in a musically inclined family. Her younger sister, Mahasti, also became a renowned Persian singer. Hayedeh’s professional journey began in the late 1960s when she was introduced to the public through radio. Her first major performance was the song “Azadeh,” composed by the legendary Ali Tajvidi, rooted in Persian classical music. Her strong vocal ability and emotional delivery quickly captured the hearts of audiences.
