This house was one of the popular locations of cinematographers between 1960 and 1970, and films such as Oh, What a Lovely War, Legend of Hell House, The Black Windmill, etc. were filmed in this house. In addition to the film, this magnificent palace has also been used to make music videos and promotional teasers. Finally, in 1981, this house was bought by Ebrahim Golestan, and the house was immersed in peace until 1984. Between 1987 and 1991, LCE Architecture Company entered into negotiations with Ebrahim Golestan to convert the second floor of the house into a hotel, and the first phase of feasibility studies began. Now the second floor of this dream house has been turned into a hotel with minimal additions.
