Beiranvand isn’t the only goalkeeper with a unique talent. Ibrahim Alma, the 29-year-old Syrian shot-stopper, has become a viral sensation of late for his far-from-normal clearance technique. Alma, who has played for a number of Syrian Premier League sides down the years, including the likes of Al-Wahda, Al-Shorta and Al-Wathba, has made 61 appearances for his national side since 2012. The goalkeeper, who is currently playing for Portuguese outfit Boavista on loan from Royal Antwerp, achieved the feat while playing for his country in 2016. On October 11, 2016, Beiranvand launched a quite ridiculous throw which travelled three quarters of the pitch.
