James Franco is the latest celebrity to be dragged into Johnny Depp’s $50 million defamation suit against ex-wife Amber Heard, a report said Tuesday. Lawyers for Depp, 56, are sending “The Deuce” star a subpoena over a video that shows him getting close with the actress on an elevator ride one day after Depp allegedly gave Heard, 32, a black eye in a marriage-ending fight, according to The Blast. Footage, obtained by the website, allegedly shows a disheveled Heard boarding the elevator in a dowdy cardigan, getting off on another floor and walking back in trailed by Franco.
