The new location occupies a building that has stood since 1923 and has had an investment of 13 million euros put into it. There will be 168 rooms over 10 floors. Two floors will be used as a bar-terrace and a swimming pool. A pizzeria and a sports bar will also be included, as will a spectacular rooftop with beautiful views of Madrid.
