Veteran filmmaker and actor Iraj Qaderi died after a long illness at Tehran’s Mehrad Hospital early morning on Sunday. He was 77 years of age. Qaderi made his acting debut with a cameo role in “The Crossroads of Events”, directed by Samuel Khachikian in 1954.
