Russian forces launched attacks on Tuesday near the central region of the Ukrainian capital. These attacks are taking place at a time when news broke that leaders of three NATO member states are planning to visit Kyiv. At least one person was killed in the Russian attack, according to Ukrainian officials, while dozens of others were trapped in a 15-story residential building as evacuation operations were disrupted.
