Swedes do not eat much vegetables, but they have high dairy consumption instead
The Swedish diet has a lot of fruits and vegetables, but it’s interesting that the average of obesity in the country is only 11%, with an average age of 81 years. Instead of vegetables, the Swedish people eat abundant dairy products, black bread, berries and fish, and thus complete the amount of calcium and fiber they need in their body.
