A test screening is a preview screening of a movie or television show before its general release in order to gauge audience reaction. Preview audiences are selected from a cross-section of the population, and are usually asked to complete a questionnaire or provide feedback in some form. This means that you get to see brand new movies before they are officially released in the cinemas. If you see this label on any of our screenings, it simply means that we are screening the entire movie before its cinema release date. It is not an edited or shortened version of the movie.
